A contoversial View. as can be seen, a good view of the minster is obtained despite the presence of the new hotel - it is the trees that really obscure most of the building! CLICK TO ENLARGE.

        ACTION IN RETIREMENT GROUPS

Sad to relate, the centre, or at least that part dedicated to IT courses has now closed. The centre 'died' at Easter of 2006, with apparently little prospect of it rising 'again' !  However, watch this space for any future re-development as I firmly hold that this was a facility far too good for a 'Minster' to lose entirely.

HOWEVER, THIS WEBSITE WOULD BE PLEASED TO HEAR FROM LEADERS OF THE OTHER VARIOUS GROUPS UNDER THIS BANNER.
